Great location and breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and cozy with excellent amenities. The staff is attentive and gave me excellent service. The food was fresh and tasty, and the menu had a good variety of options. Their adventure parks were an added bonus for my business trip.
The management was unable to handle the high demand during the peak season, and the hotel appeared understaffed. Despite the friendly staff being attentive, service at times was slow and felt understaffed.

Placed within 10 minutes' car ride to Mashobra. We enjoyed toshali royal view resort. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available.

Located in the mountains, this hotel is great for Easter break with stunning views of nature around. Rooms were spacious and clean and the restaurant served delightful dishes that were full of flavor. Another plus was the on-site spa that was a treat to indulge in after a long day of hiking, and the staff providing excellent service with a smile and were very helpful with any questions or concerns we had.
The hotel was situated in a quite isolated area, quite far from the city, which made it difficult to get out and explore without traveling a fair distance. Due to the location, there were also not many nearby restaurants or shops, so we found ourselves being limited to the hotel restaurant.

Staying at this place was a delightful experience. The hotel is located in a serene and tranquil setting, surrounded by green mountains, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It provided a perfect escape into nature and offered breathtaking views. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I particularly enjoyed the variety of amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and the cozy sitting area and dining table. The television and alarm clock were also added conveniences. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a range of relaxation treatments and the hot spring bath was truly invigorating. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was an added bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. this venue provided a luxurious and comfortable experience, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
